We are to dispense with the books and papers in the account of Lieutenant William Edwards, for the Frederick Armed Ship, and the Lily Carter but no books or papers have since been received and opine that, in view of the peculiar circumstances of his case and the representations of his brother and administrator, all the deficiencies may be dispensed with.
