Description

William Marsden. The Portsmouth Officers have written stating that Mr Goodrich thinks that some new buildings are required in the Yard. They are: a shed for boring pumps and making large blocks with a store above it, an iron foundry and a millwrights shop and associated pound. Ask for approval so that money for these buildings may be inserted in the Estimates for next year.
