Description

William Marsden. The agents for the late Joseph Behenna, Master of the Captain, ask for his wages to be paid without the production of a log book between August 1805 and February 1806, as he died shortly after leaving the ship. They ask for a dispensation order for two half-pay affidavits for August for the time between leaving the Caesar and joining the Captain and for February 1806, the time between leaving the Captain and his death. Opine that the log book and journals should be delivered to the Office but the affidavits may be dispensed with on Admiralty order
