Description

Philip Stephens. The transports, William, Robert and Elizabeth, Wish, John, Arvin Gally, Antonetta and Friendship, are at Spithead ready to sail to the Nore. Four of them are needed to go to Cromartie and Fort George. Propose a convoy should be appointed to see them to the Downes.
