Description

Philip Stephens. Captain George Curry has asked for dispensation for the want of books and papers, to pass the accounts of his late brother, Captain Isaac Florimond Curry, as Commander of the Buckingham. Opine that as the Boatswain and Carpenter have passed accounts for the stores and the Victualling Commissioners have no objection, the request may be complied with if security is given
