Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant William Moulden, Agent to the transports lately arrived from Gibraltar, has asked to superseded. Propose Lieutenant William Cummings, Agent for Transports, who brought home General Gage from Boston, is appointed in his place. Propose also, that Lieutenant Anthony Parry, lately arrived in the Elizabeth storeship from Quebec, is appointed to attend the fitting of the transports in the River, as many of them are already in pay
