Philip Stephens. All the transports hired for carrying three Regiments of Foot with 500 drafts, 1 Regiment of Light Dragoons and a party of Marines to Boston, have sailed from the River, except the John and Jane and Prosperous Armilla horse ships, the former of which will sail tomorrow and the latter is taking in the baggage of the Major Generals. The last of the Marine acoutrements are on the Francis, one of the ships appointed to carry the Marines. Are sending a state of the 3 transports hired for carrying the Officers, recruiting parties and recruits for the Regiments at Boston and ask for directions for their Masters: Jupiter, William Richardson, Venus, Richard Thoresby and Royal Charlotte, Robert Mitchell.
