Description

Philip Stephens. Mr. Cuthbert, Storekeeper to the East Indies Squadron, informs us from Fort St. George, that he has drawn two bills, by order of Rear Admiral Sir Robert Harland, to defray the expense of his Squadron and for slops, which is countersigned by the Admiral. Ask if they may be accepted
