Description

Philip Stephens. Have received an Order in Council granting permission to ship the quantity of gunpowder for making signals on the transports going to North America. Have written to the Commissioner of Customs with a list of ships at present fitted for this service with the quantity of gunpowder allowed to be put on each ship
