Description

Philip Stephens. The Secretary of War has applied for orders to be given for 8 deserters belonging to the Corps serving in North America, now confined in the Savoy Prison, to be received on the transports in the River destined to carry forces to Boston. Ask whether they are to be embarked on the ships going to Cork, or in those ordered on the 17th to take recruiting parties and recruits directly to Boston
