Description

Philip Stephens. John Haggey has asked for his ship, the Adventure, which has sprung a leak in the Downes, to be taken into one of HM docks at Sheerness. Opine this is not advisable for the reason given before when the Plymouth Shipwrights objected to repairs of merchant ships in the Kings yards and a similar letter has been received from the Shipwrights in the River complaining of lack of work
