The Sheerness Officers inform us that when taking off the sheathing of the Zephyr sloop, more defects than foreseen have been found, and it will be necessary to lengthen the time necessary to be ready to receive men until April 1st and completion on the 8th April, instead of receiving men on the 1st and completion on the 15th of March
