Description

Philip Stephens. The scheme for employing Shipwrights in HM yards by Task is to be tried by building a ship in each yard. No slips are vacant at present but as plans and estimates have already been provided, propose to begin them by Task as a slip at each yard becomes vacant. In the interim propose that one or more ships now building at each yard are finished by task in order to report on this method.
