Philip Stephens. On a visit to Plymouth, John Alman, Gunner of the Foudroyant, was found to be absent without leave in Exeter prison. The Clerk of the Cheque was directed to inform him, that unless he returned to duty within a month, he would be superseded. He informs us that the time has elapsed and the Gunner has not returned
