Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Cumming, agent for transports, informs us that he arrived at Boston on 1st June with 3 transports under his direction, with the 43rd Regiment. The recruits of the 64th Regiment have landed at the Castle, but the 43rd Regiment must stay on board until the arrival of their tents. The General has agreed to anchoring the transports near Spectacle Island, 4 miles below Boston for the convenience of watering and refreshing the troops on shore, until the arrival of other Regiments from Europe, when they are all to encamp near Boston
