Description

Philip Stephens. Mr. Hughes, Chaplain of the Ordinary at Plymouth, has petitioned the Earl of Sandwich for an additional allowance for the repairs of the Plymouth Dock Chapel. Opine it is reasonable to allow the Revd. Hughes £10 a year for repairs instead of the present £4
