Description

Philip Stephens. We sent a list of the ships building in the merchant yards, that are to be launched this year, with the ports to which they were to be transported after launch. Propose when the Vengeance and Hector are carried to Deptford, they are fitted there and navigated to Portsmouth to be laid up in Ordinary, for which a like number of Officers and men may be necessary as are now employed to carry the Cumberland round.
