Description

Philip Stephens. The Cumberland, building at Deptford will be launched on the 29th and propose she is sent to be laid up in Ordinary at Portsmouth. She will be ready to receive Officers and men by the 5th of next month. The Vengeance and Hector of 74-guns each, building in the Thames, will be launched on the last springs in June and July, respectively and propose they are sent round to Portsmouth on approval of the Admiralty
