Description

Philip Stephens. The Officers at Chatham, Portsmouth and Plymouth have sent surveys of the Africa, St. George, Norfolk, Hampton Court, Montagu and Edgar, the condition of which appears to be so bad that we propose that they are taken to pieces except for the Africa, which should be sold, and the Edgar and Montagu should be sent to Sheerness to lie as breakwaters
