Description

Philip Stephens. Captain Bishop of the Lively has written to say the longboat belonging to her is unfit for the purpose and has asked for another. The Portsmouth Officers inform us that the longboat is agreeable to establishment and is the same she brought home, so opine it will not be proper to comply with the request
