Description

Sir Hugh Palliser to the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the East India Company. Thanks the Company for the papers sent which have assisted the drawing of the Charter Party for the ships we intend to take up to carry to India the persons appointed by Act of Parliament to be of the Council and Judges in Bengal. Is sending a copy Charter Party which he hopes provides against any infringement of the East India Company's Charter..
