Description

Philip Stephens. Thomas Blake, Foreman of the Caulkers at Portsmouth, who is near 60 years of age as served more than 38 years and is unfit for further service. Ask for him to be superannuated and a proper person appointed in his place and we recommend he is established at the allowance of £30 p.a. in the Ordinary estimate of the Navy
