Description

Philip Stephens. The Portsmouth Officers inform us that the Couragueux and Warspight receiving their triennial trimmings and the Thunderer, which will come in course next, appear upon a survey afloat to require small repairs but there is no vacant dock. Propose to postpone docking them until they have performed the works required. Have directed the Officers to leave them out in their progress as ships in good condition and carry on their repairs at the first opportunity
