Description

Philip Stephens. Observe in the scheme of superannuation of the aged, infirm and disabled persons entertained in the several Yards, the 3rd class of Yard Labourers are not included as we proposed. Ask whether it is not an omission in the copying or whether it is intended that the Yard Labourers should be excluded
