Philip Stephens. The Europa Russian ship has had repairs done at Portsmouth and was undocked last spring tide. Another Russian ship, the Northern Eagle, was taken in and it is reported she will need a large repair which could take 5 or 6 months, which would interrupt the service of the Port. Work has stopped awaiting further orders
