Description

Philip Stephens. Colonel Burleigh has pointed out the lack of guardhouse at Plymouth and Commissioner Rogers has commented on the same subject. Opine a main guardhouse may be necessary and are sending a design for one to be built (not now attached). The Plymouth Officers have sent an estimate if it is made from rubble masonery, and ask for approval
