Description

Philip Stephens. Mr. Ommanney, attorney of the widow and executrix of Captain Henry I'Anson, late of the Tamar has applied for dispensation for his books and papers because of his sudden death and the short time he commanded her. Opine as there is no imprest against him and the time of his command was only a month, dispensation may be granted
