Description

Philip Stephens. The Regency of Hesse Capel have sent an application with certificate and translations, recommending George Christopher Gazert is paid for his service on the Southsea Castle and Norfolk. No such name is found on the books of those ships but a Christopher Castor is borne as shown. The only objection to his being paid is the want of a certificate from the Captain or other Officers to indentify him
