Description

Philip Stephens. The Danish Minister has applied for the R against the name of Barnet Hendricks, Danish subject, on the books of the Falmouth, to be taken off, he having been impressed into the Service. How he stands on the books. It has not been usual to take off the Rs of men who have run from their ships and not re-entered but as he is foreigner, suggest he should be relieved
