Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Edgcombe of the Cholmondley Cutter informs us of the damage to her keel and her mast is too taunt and asks if he should repair her at Whitehaven or move her somewhere else. Opine she should be repaired at one of the Yards and propose he takes her to Sheerness
