Description

Philip Stephens. Mrs. Elizabeth Maslin has asked for dispensation for the want of the journals of practice in Physick and Surgery with a list of smart tickets, for the time her late son, Mathew Maslin, was Surgeon of the Shannon. Because of his death, opine the want of his journals may be dispensed with on oath that they never came to hand
