Description

Philip Stephens. Monsr. Nolchen, Minister from the King of Sweden, has asked for the R against the names of Michael Erick on the books of the Falmouth and Lancaster and of Laurence Anderson on those of the Active, are removed. How they are borne on the books. It has not been usual to relieve men who have run from the Service and not entered again in the course of the War, but as they are foreigners, ask whether they should be relived
