Description

Philip Stephens. The Woolwich Officers inform us that Moses Maund, Boatswain of the Liverpool in Ordinary, does not attend his duty, though he has been admonished. Suggest as a punishment for his neglect of duty and contempt of orders, he should be discharged the Service
