Philip Stephens. William Bowman has asked for an order to be given for Alexander Forbes to be paid for the time he acted as Lieutenant of the Sardoine sloop by order of Vice Admiral Holburne. How he is borne on the books. Lieutenant William Grant was lent to the Epreve in August and is succeeded by Lieutenant Budworth, who is entered and paid from the 9th though he did not appear until the 31st. As there is no vacancy on the books for Mr. Forbes he should be paid by bill
