Mr. Bately, Navy Office to the Earl of Egmont. Has served the crown 65 years at sea in the dockyards and at the Navy office, the latter for 9 ¾ years, as joint Surveyor of the Navy and through age and infirmities is declining fast. Asks for superannuation
