Description

Philip Stephens. Joseph Saunders, late 2nd master and Pilot of the Alarm cutter has asked for dispensation for his journals, log book and remarks. As he was not able to join the cutter after he was left at sick quarters and is now going out in the Egmont Snow, we opine the want may be dispensed with
