Philip Stephens. An agent is to be appointed for each of the divisions of transport vessels under orders for Mobile, Pensacola and Quebec and we have appointed Lieutenant James Holl for the Quebec Division and Lieutenant Francis Evans for the Divisions of Mobile and Pensacola. Ask for directions for the Ports of landing. The Reward proposed for the Lieutenants is half a guinea a day with a servant in addition to their half pay as given on like occasions and ask for approval. Ask for an order to dispense with their usual affidavits for the reasons given
