Description

Philip Stephens. Commodore Proby, Commander in Chief of the ships and vessels in the Medway and at the Buoy of the Nore, informs us that there is not a vessel or boat at Chatham as good as the boat which was lost, which was an unsafe one, to keep him and the Officers safe from the weather and has asked to be supplied with a vessel to perform the duty in his instructions. We have no such vessel to supply
