Description

Philip Stephens. Count Bothmer, Envoy from the King of Denmark on behalf of Christopher Yanson, Run on the books of the Yarmouth and Peter Peterson on the books of the Edinburgh. How they are borne on the books. It has not been usual to take off the Rs of men who have Run from their ships in time of war and have not re-entered into the Service but as these men are foreigners, propose they should be relieved
