Philip Stephens. William Fergusson, Executor to George McCoy, late Boatswain of the Queenborough, has asked for an order for dispensing with the want of his books and papers and for those of the Sunderland of which he was acting Boatswain as they never came to hand. He was a Boatswain of the Queenborough from September 1759 to the following October and Acting Boatswain of the Sunderland from March to May 1759 for which times no books or papers have been delivered into this office, neither have the captains passed accounts as the ships were lost in the East Indies. Since he is now deceased, opine the want may be dispensed with, on the Executors making oath that they never came to hand
