Description

Philip Stephens. One hundred men will be needed to assist in navigating the Ardent from Hull to Sheerness, in addition to the men sent from Woolwich, the yachts and Mr. Bowes, the Master Attendant at Woolwich, who is at Hull to fit her. She will be ready to proceed on the 24th provided the additional men arrive
