Mary Gibson, former widow and administratrix of Richard Gibson, late Boatswain of the Scarborough, and Mary Rounce, the late widow of William Rounce, late Boatswain of the Firm, have asked for dispensation for their accounts to enable them to receive their wages as they died abroad. How they stand on the books. The Captains have passed accounts for the time so opine they may be paid providing they make oath the papers never came to hand
