Description

Philip Stephens. Mr. Allin, Master Shipwright has sent a letter from Chatham relating to the anonymous letter sent him. The Advertisement in the Gazette does not offer any pecuniary reward for information, which we think is necessary. Ask again for a reward for 50 guineas and a further reward of £20 as proposed by Mr. Allen
