Captain Thomas Graves of the Antelope, informs us from St. Johns, Newfoundland, that he has drawn a bill for the purchase of the Sally Schooner with her boat, tackle, furniture and apparel. Ask whether the bill should be accepted. Richard Maidman from Bombay has drawn 15 bills of exchange for the purchase of Naval stores and contingent charges of the Squadron in the East Indies, countersigned by Captain Bladen Tinker. Ask if they should be accepted
