Thomas Hazelwood, Master of the Sandwich, one of the transports lately arrived from Gibraltar, informs us that on arrival at the Nore he received orders from the Commander of the Custom House sloop at Queenborough, to put himself under quarantine. Ask, as the other transports from Gibraltar arrived at Portsmouth at the same time, have been discharged from their quarantine, whether she should be discharged
