Philip Stephens. We sent the names of transports appointed to go to Martinique, Guadalupe, Goree and Senegal, but the owners of the Chase, one of the ships on the list is not able to get her ready, so have hired two others in her place. The list of ships for each place is overleaf. Lieutenant Meredith, appointed Agent for the ships to go to the West Indies, wrote yesterday that many of the ships have arrived at Spithead, the rest are expected and ask what further directions they should receive
