E Mason, the Navy Office to Philip Stephens. There is need of a horse transport at Portsmouth to carry Lord Sandwich's horses to Spain. We have none there, nor will a German transport be fit for that service. Propose one is taken up to be fitted and taken to Portsmouth in a few days.
