Description

Philip Stephens. The Boreas is to be paid off and her Petty Officers and Foremast men to be paid their wages on board the Ludlow Castle, in which they are to serve. The Boreas will be decommissioned today at the Pay office in Broad street where her whole company appeared expecting their wages and say they had no knowledge of being turned over but were refused.
