Description

John Clevland. Moses Pacheco has applied for dispensation for the Journals and Captain's certificates of Edmund Powlett as Lieutenant of the Roebuck. He is borne as Lieutenant from November 1757 to May 1758 when he was cashiered by Court Martial. The petitioner's correspondent might not know the necessity of producing the journals and certificates, so opine they can be dispensed with
