A proper number of transports are to be fitted for the reception of two companies and Commissioned and non-Commissioned Officers at Portsmouth, who will march from North Britain to embark for Portugal. Have appointed the Acton and Nazareth transports for this service and they will be ready to proceed by next Thursday or Friday
